At Market Rush, we are building India’s skill-based virtual trading platform. We are proud of our competitive spirit — but competition only matters when it's fair.

This policy protects real players by ensuring that all matches, especially real-money ones, are played with honesty, skill, and integrity.

1. Purpose & Scope

1.1 Why We Enforce FairPlay

FairPlay is what makes the game fair, fun, and rewarding for everyone. Most players compete honestly, and we’re here to support that. When someone cheats or takes unfair advantage, it hurts the experience for others and damages the trust that keeps the game going. That’s why we take FairPlay seriously and enforce it consistently. Everyone deserves a level playing field.

1.2 What This Applies To

• This policy applies to all real-money matches (stake-based games).
• It does not apply to casual games or practice matches — you are free to play friends, experiment, and learn in those modes without restriction.

2. Rules & Prohibited Activities

2.1 One Account per User

You may only use one verified Market Rush account. Multi-accounting, even across different devices or networks is prohibited.

2.2 Collusion & Win-Trading

Players may not:

• Intentionally lose matches
• Transfer earnings through gameplay
• Repeatedly match with known users to boost win rate, XP, or leaderboard position

⚠️ “But they’re just better than me!” — even if true, repeated one-sided wins in real-money matches will be flagged.

2.3 XP Farming / Rake Farming

Low-effort, repetitive matches between known accounts, even if skill-based may be considered abuse if done to gain rewards or rankings unfairly.

2.4 Shared Devices, IPs, or Locations

We allow:

• Flatmates or family members to play
• Occasional real-money matches between known users

We do not allow:

• Patterns where one player consistently wins money from another
• Repeated ₹ matches between the same two users on the same network

2.5 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or coordinating with others to extract promotional rewards, is strictly prohibited.

2.6 Automated Play / Bots

All gameplay must be done manually. No automation, AI, or scripting tools are permitted.

3. Monitoring & Detection

We use both automated systems and manual review:

• Device & IP fingerprinting
• Match history & win-rate patterns
• XP and reward flow tracking
• Account creation behavior
• Shared usage across devices

Our system is designed to detect both obvious abuse and subtle, repeated patterns that suggest manipulation.

4. Violations & Consequences

4.1 Review Process

If suspicious behavior is detected:

• We’ll place a temporary hold on your account or withdrawals
• Our team will review logs, opponents, outcomes, and network data

This process typically takes up to 72 hours

4.2 Possible Outcomes

Result	What It Means
✅ Cleared	All features restored; no violation found
⚠️ Warning	Minor issue; you’re notified and monitored
🚫 Restrictions	Leaderboard bans, XP resets, or gameplay limits
🔒 Withdrawal Hold	Temporarily paused until review is resolved
❌ Account Ban	Permanent, if manipulation or fraud is confirmed
💰 Winnings Forfeit	Abusive earnings may be removed or retracted

5. Appeals

5.1 How to Appeal

If you believe a decision was made in error, you may appeal within 5 calendar days by emailing:

• Your UID
• Any explanation or evidence
• A brief summary of what happened

5.2 Finality of Decision

We carefully consider every appeal. However, once our internal review concludes, the decision is final and binding. No further appeal or escalation is permitted.

6. KYC, Withdrawals & Suspensions

• Withdrawals require KYC (PAN + UPI/Bank)
• Accounts flagged during a FairPlay review may not be allowed to withdraw until cleared
• Repeat or confirmed violators may be permanently blacklisted

7. Real-Money vs. Casual Matches

We believe in giving players space to learn and grow. That’s why:

• Casual matches are open and unrestricted — you can play your friends, rematch, or test strategies freely
• FairPlay rules apply strictly to all real-money (stake-based) games

This helps us keep real competitions clean, while encouraging open exploration elsewhere.

8. Common Scenarios — What’s Allowed

Friends playing casual matches	✅	Unlimited and unrestricted
Friends playing ₹ matches occasionally	✅	Allowed unless there’s a clear pattern of imbalance
Roommates on same Wi-Fi	⚠️	OK, but monitored for repeated abuse
Repeated ₹ games between same users	❌	Will be flagged, even if skill-based
Logging in from multiple devices	✅	OK if not multi-accounting
Letting someone else play from your account	❌	Strictly not allowed
