Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Market Rush, we’re committed to maintaining a transparent, secure, and enjoyable competitive environment. This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs how refunds are processed and under what circumstances a user may request a cancellation or account closure.

By participating in real-money matches, users acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Match Cancellation (Before Match Begins)

1.1 Voluntary Cancellation

You may cancel a posted challenge only if it hasn't been accepted by another player in the public lobby.

Once a match is accepted and started, it is locked in and cannot be cancelled or refunded, regardless of match outcome.

2. Refunds in Case of a Tie

If a match ends in a tie or draw (both players finish with the same final equity and have equal tiebreak scores):

• The full stake amount is refunded to both players.
• No rake is charged
• The match is recorded as void (no XP, reward, or badge implications)

3. Refunds on Account Closure

3.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request account closure by contacting support@marketrush.in.

Upon approval:

• A refund of unused wallet balance may be processed after deduction of:

  • 10% of total wallet holdings or ₹1000 (whichever is higher), as administrative & processing fee
  • Any promotional credits or bonuses (non-refundable)
  • Any applicable taxes (GST, TDS, etc.)

⚠️ Refunds are made only to the original payment source used for deposit and are subject to KYC verification.

3.2 Platform-Initiated Closures

In case of fraud, FairPlay violations, or policy breaches, Market Rush reserves the right to:

• Forfeit winnings or bonuses
• Return only unutilized deposit amounts at our sole discretion
• Deny refunds in cases of confirmed manipulation or collusion

4. Bonus, Credits & Non-Withdrawable Funds

Bonus amounts (welcome bonus, top-up offers, etc.):

• Are non-withdrawable and cannot be refunded
• Are forfeited if not used before account closure or in cases of rule violations

5. Technical Errors or Failed Transactions

5.1 Failed Payments

If your payment is processed but wallet balance is not updated:

• Contact support@marketrush.in within 48 hours
• Include your transaction ID, amount, and registered details
• After verification, we will either refund to the source account or credit your wallet within 7 business days

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

• Once a match is completed, entry stakes are non-refundable, regardless of outcome
• Refunds are not applicable for losses incurred in real-money games
• Market Rush reserves the right to request additional documentation (ID/KYC) before processing refunds
• We may decline refund requests that appear to exploit loopholes or are made in bad faith

7. Regulatory & Payment Partner Compliance

• All financial transactions are conducted via RBI-compliant payment gateways
• Refunds are processed in accordance with standard gaming and KYC regulations
• Users engaging in suspicious or circular transactions may be reported to payment processors or authorities as required
