Refund Policy for Failed Attempts
The Evaluation fee is not refundable if you fail due to a rule break, drawdown breach, daily loss violation or inactivity. Since the fee is not a deposit or trading capital, it cannot be returned for failed attempts.
Refunds are issued only when you successfully pass the full Evaluation, complete KYC and make your first Reward withdrawal. Passing only the Qualifier does not qualify for a refund.
Many traders pass on their second or third attempt after refining their risk management and strategy.
