Are fees refunded if I fail or violate the Evaluation?

Refund Policy for Failed Attempts

The Evaluation fee is not refundable if you permanently fail due to a rule break, Max Daily Loss breach, Max Total Loss breach, or inactivity. Since the fee is not a deposit or capital, it cannot be returned for failed attempts.

Refunds are issued only when you successfully pass the full Evaluation, complete KYC and make your first Reward withdrawal. Passing only the Qualifier does not qualify for a refund.

Many participants pass on their second or third attempt after refining their risk management and strategy.
