This Privacy Policy describes how Market Rush Technologies Private Limited (“Market Rush”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our websites (including marketrush.in, client.marketrush.in and trade.marketrush.in) and our simulated evaluation programs (the “Services”).

1.3 Scope
This Policy applies to visitors, registered users (Qualifier/Validator), and Rewards Account participants. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account & Contact Data
Name, email, phone, and other registration details you provide when creating an account or contacting support.
2.2 KYC (Rewards Account only)
PAN, government ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Driving License), recent proof of address, and proof of bank account ownership. In some cases, we may request liveness/selfie checks as part of verification.
2.3 Payment & Transaction Data
Evaluation fee details and payment confirmations via PhonePe Payment Gateway (UPI, Netbanking, Cards, Wallets). We do not store full card numbers. UPI identifiers and masked metadata may be retained by our gateway provider.
2.4 Program & Performance Data
Simulated orders, fills, P&L, rule events (e.g., loss limits), square-off events, and related analytics generated during Evaluation and Rewards.
2.5 Device, Usage & Cookies
IP address, device information, browser type, pages visited, referral source, and cookie identifiers used for security, session management, and analytics. See Section 10 (Cookies).
3. How We Use Information
3.1 Provide & Operate the Services
Create and manage accounts, deliver the simulated environment, enforce rules (intraday only, 3:15 PM square-off), monitor risk, and provide platform features.
3.2 Payments & Billing
Process evaluation fees, issue invoices, handle refunds (100% fee refund on first Rewards withdrawal), and resolve billing issues.
3.3 KYC & Rewards
Verify identity and eligibility for Rewards Accounts, meet legal/compliance obligations, and process reward payouts.
3.4 Security & Compliance
Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or platform abuse (e.g., exploiting data-feed speed/latency/glitches), comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and manage disputes.
3.5 Communication & Support
Send important service notices, program updates, and respond to emails/WhatsApp/chat; optional marketing (with opt-out).
3.6 Analytics & Improvement
Analyze usage to improve performance, UI/UX, risk controls, and fairness of execution in the simulator.
4. Consent & Lawful Use
We process personal information with your consent and as otherwise permitted under applicable Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection framework), for purposes described in this Policy and the Terms & Conditions. Where required, you may withdraw consent at any time (Section 9).
5. Sharing & Disclosure
5.1 Service Providers
We share data with trusted vendors under contracts that require appropriate safeguards, including: hosting/cloud, market data providers, KYC verification partners, PhonePe (payments), email/SMS services, analytics, and customer support tools.
5.2 Legal & Compliance
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, users, or systems (e.g., responding to law enforcement, tax authorities, or exchanges/regulators).
5.3 Business Transfers
In a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, information may be transferred subject to this Policy.
5.4 No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell personal information to third parties for their independent marketing.
6. International Transfers
Our infrastructure and service providers may be located in India or other countries. Where data is transferred across borders, we implement reasonable safeguards consistent with applicable law. By using the Services, you authorize such transfers.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (including tax/accounting), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by category (e.g., account data vs KYC documents vs logs) in accordance with an internal schedule.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information (encryption in transit, access controls, logging). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
9. Your Choices & Rights
9.1 Access, Correction, Deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information subject to legal exceptions. We may ask for identity verification.
9.2 Consent & Preferences
Where our processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent; this does not affect prior processing. You can manage marketing preferences at any time.

10. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies for essential functionality (authentication, security) and analytics. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
11. Children
Our Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register. If we learn we have collected data from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete it except where retention is necessary to comply with law.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or your user area. Your continued use of the Services after notice constitutes acceptance.

Market Rush operates a simulation and is not a SEBI-registered intermediary. Rewards are derived from simulated performance as defined in the Signal Contribution Agreement. This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
