Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope

1.1 Applicability

This Policy applies to fees paid for access to Market Rush’s digital services and simulated evaluation programs operated by MARKETRUSH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Market Rush”, “we”, “us”). Market Rush delivers digital access to a simulated evaluation platform and does not ship any physical goods.

2. Evaluation Fee (Non-Refundable)

2.1 No Cancellation / No Refund After Purchase

The evaluation fee is a non-refundable fee charged for access to a time-sensitive, digitally delivered evaluation environment, platform infrastructure, market data, and operational costs. Once the evaluation is purchased, it cannot be cancelled and the fee cannot be refunded, except as explicitly stated in Section 4 (Payment Errors) and Section 3 (Refund Benefit on Success).

2.2 No Refund for Normal Outcomes

No refunds will be provided for outcomes including (but not limited to) failure to pass, inactivity, breaches of rules, suspension/termination due to prohibited practices, change of mind, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a verified payment error.

3. Refund Benefit on Success (Conditional)

3.1 Conditional Benefit (Not a General Refund)

Market Rush may offer a refund of the evaluation fee as a conditional benefit for users who successfully complete the evaluation and meet the requirements for their first approved rewards request under the applicable Rewards Agreement and dashboard rules.

3.2 Eligibility Requirements

This refund benefit applies only if all of the following are satisfied:

  • Successful completion of the evaluation process under program rules
  • Successful verification / compliance checks (including identity verification where required)
  • No evidence of prohibited practices, manipulation, account sharing, automation/bots, or abuse
  • First rewards request is approved under the applicable Rewards Agreement

3.3 Disqualification

The refund benefit may be denied or reversed where we detect fraud, payment disputes/chargebacks, identity mismatch, policy abuse, violation of Terms, or any attempt to manipulate the platform or evaluation outcomes.

3.4 Timeline & Method

If eligible, the evaluation fee benefit is added to your first approved payout request. Once your payout is approved and all compliance checks are complete, we typically process the combined payout (including the fee benefit) within 3 business days. The full amount is sent to your verified bank account provided during KYC.

4. Payment Errors (Duplicate / Failed Payments)

4.1 What We Cover

If you are incorrectly charged twice for the same purchase, or a transaction fails after debit, please contact us with the payment reference details. We will verify the issue and initiate/coordinate a reversal through the payment gateway/banking channel used for the transaction.

4.2 Reporting Window

You should report payment errors as soon as possible. Delays in reporting may impact our ability to verify and resolve the issue with banks or payment processors.

4.3 Timelines

Verified payment error reversals/refunds are routed back to the original payment method. Credit timelines depend on the payment gateway and issuing bank and are typically a few business days after initiation.

5. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Abuse

5.1 No Chargeback Abuse

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team and allowing us reasonable time to investigate. Initiating chargebacks without a valid basis may be treated as abuse and a breach of our Terms.

5.2 Consequences

Where a chargeback/dispute is initiated, we may suspend access, restrict program participation, and/or deny eligibility for the refund benefit described in Section 3, pending investigation and resolution.

6. Refund Method & Currency

6.1 Original Payment Method

Unless required by law, refunds are processed to the same payment source used for the original transaction.

6.2 INR Only

All fees and refunds are issued in Indian Rupees (INR).
