Refund Policy

Effective date: 1st October 2025

1. Scope

1.1 Applicability

This Refund Policy applies to fees paid for access to the Market Rush Evaluation program operated by Market Rush Technologies Private Limited (“Market Rush”, “we”, “us”). It should be read with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Evaluation Fee Refund

2.1 Refund on First Rewards Withdrawal

We provide a 100% refund of your Evaluation fee upon your first successful Rewards withdrawal from your Rewards Account, subject to program rules and checks (e.g., rule compliance and malpractice review).

2.2 Processing Timeline

After your withdrawal request is approved and checks are complete, we initiate the fee refund within 3 business days. Actual credit to your account may depend on your bank and payment method settlement times.

3. No-Refund Situations

3.1 General

Except for Section 2 (fee refund upon first Rewards withdrawal) and Section 4 (technical payment errors), all Evaluation fees are non-refundable.

3.2 Examples

  • Failing or abandoning the Qualifier/Validator
  • Account termination due to inactivity or rule breaches
  • Change of mind or purchase by mistake (non-technical)

4. Payment Errors

4.1 What We Cover

If you are incorrectly charged twice for the same purchase or a transaction fails after debit, contact us with the payment reference. We will initiate/coordinate the reversal via the PhonePe Payment Gateway.

4.2 Timelines & Method

Refunds for payment errors are generally routed back to the original source (UPI/Netbanking/Card/Wallet). Credit timelines depend on the gateway/issuing bank and are typically a few business days after initiation. We will keep you updated until resolution.

5. Refund Method & Currency

5.1 Original Payment Method

Unless required by law, refunds are processed to the same payment sourceused for the original transaction.

5.2 INR Only

All refunds are issued in Indian Rupees (INR).

6. Compliance & Review

6.1 Malpractice Review

Refund initiation (Section 2) may be paused or declined if there is evidence of rule breaches, manipulation, or other prohibited practices under our Terms.

6.2 Disputes

Disputes related to refunds are handled under the Governing Law & Dispute Resolution clause in our Terms & Conditions.
