Our execution engine uses a depth based simulation model. For each order, it considers the top levels of the order book and then extrapolates deeper liquidity using a systematic ladder mathematical model. This helps simulate slippage and fill quality in a realistic way, especially for larger orders in fast moving instruments.
Combined with simulated brokerage charges and taxes, the platform gives you a close approximation of what intraday trading performance in a funded account style environment would look like, without risking real capital.
