Rules are designed to protect traders, maintain discipline and create a fair environment. If you breach key risk limits like Max Daily Loss or drawdown, your Evaluation can fail immediately.

Behaviour that exploits technical limitations or fails to reflect responsible trading practices may also trigger termination (latency abuse, stale price usage, forcing unrealistic fills, etc).

If a rule is violated, the account becomes ineligible for payouts, even if it was previously profitable.
