Expiry and deletion are different
Your current saved analysis results remain readable when paid access expires. Uploaded data is not automatically removed at the end of the access period or when a trade moves outside the historical analysis window. New paid analysis requires renewed access.
For a data deletion request, contact support@marketrush.in using your account email and explain the scope of the request. Account or data deletion remains subject to applicable legal retention, including records that may need to be retained for legal obligations.
Saved metrics and historical price detail
Saved analysis metrics and underlying candlestick data have different availability conditions. Customer chart display depends on market-data permissions and retained historical prices. Raw candlestick detail can become unavailable even while the saved metrics remain readable.
The historical eligibility window determines which trades can be analysed; it is not a promise to delete all account data after that number of days. The Privacy Policy explains the public data-handling scope, and the support team can help with account-specific questions.
