How simulated evaluations work

Evaluation frameworks typically use hypothetical account balances and predefined trading rules. Participants are assessed against the conditions specified for the particular framework, including any performance and risk requirements.

Depending on the provider, rules may cover permitted instruments, minimum activity, consistency and conduct as well as numerical objectives.

Understanding the limitations

Simulated balances do not represent live brokerage capital. Reaching a numerical objective does not necessarily establish eligibility for rewards or other benefits.

Conditions vary across providers and must be reviewed individually. Historical backtesting is an analytical estimate, not an official evaluation result.
